This guide is designed to connect partnership high schools to FHTC resources.

Key information

There are several options to earn college credit at FHTC for high school students.  You will find key information on "Dual Credit" (or Concurrent Courses); on-campus school partnership programs; and online credit options that are generally offered in partnership with area high schools.  This page lists the General Education dual credit, on-campus and online partnerships.  Under the Field and Cluster tabs (listed above), you will find current Technical Education dual credit options.  For cost information, use the links below or see a breakdown in the drop-down menu on this tab.  These course offerings are overseen and approved by the Kansas Board of Regents.

On Campus Technical Education Options

Students attend classes at one of the Flint Hills Technical College Campus buildings for part of the traditional school day.  Transportation is not provided by FHTC but may be provided by the partnership High School.   Technical Certificates can be earned in programs over the course of an average of 4 semesters.
