Bar and Restaurant- Melvern, KS

Bar & Restaurant- Melvern, KS

Joe Arb and his wife have purchased and are completely renovating the bar and restaurant in our small town of Melvern, Kansas. Their primary goal is to create something extraordinary in the community they love. However, they do not intend to run the business and are therefore seeking a buyer, tenant, partner(s), or a manager.

  • MANAGE: They are concurrently seeking a qualified Manager that would operate the business in the scenario that they maintain ownership. Their vision is to create a vibrant, unique experience; they are planning a patio, kids entertainment area, full bar, and live music from time to time. Given their goals are community-oriented, they have very reasonable financial expectations.
  • PARTNER: They would take on a partner(s) to invest and/or manage. They are open to all ideas.
  • FOR LEASE: Own your own business without the capital cost of purchasing the real estate.
  • FOR SALE: Purchase now and finish renovation or they could build-to-suit.
